Since having Starfield installed on my site if someone posts an inquiry in the inquiry box it does not get to me although says sent successfully. Also test newsletters to my email address no longer come through. All of this worked prior to the installation of Starfield. Don't know if related or not. Any mail sent directly to my email address loghousestudio@msn.com comes through just fine. Any ideas? www.loghousestudio.com

Do you have it set up in the forwarder?

If not you need to Log into the directadmin control panel.
Under "Email Management" click "Forwarders"
Click "Create new E-mail Forwarder"
Enter a forwarder name, such as sales@yourdomain.com or cs or what ever you want to setup.
Enter your personal email address you want it forward to.
Click "Create" then test it by sending a email to it from another e-mail address. and see it it forwords it.

I'm not sure we're on the same page. First were is directadmin control panel? When I go in to my adminstration site I have no "email management" and there for no "forwarders" to click. I guess I'm lost on the directadmin control panel, don't know where that is.
Appreciate any info you can give me.

Ok lets see how to explaiin it to you.

You have two admins where your sign in, one is Oscommerce admin where your store is located, and you have Directadmin where your account is setup. You was given two different user ids and passwords.
Directadmin when you sign in you will see Your Account and what ever is under you account like File manager, etc. Next is E-mail Management.
If you don't have you user Id and or password. You will have to contact Travis.

I only have "Oscommerce admin" have no "Directadmin" was given only one user id and password. I wonder if we have two different programs?

Who ever setup your store account you need to contact them.

Thanks for your help did get to Directadmin did as you said, but did not correct the problem. Have asked for help from Travis, still waiting for response. Again thanks for you help.
